We formed a committee for Housing society of Six members, those will responsible for various activities. Member get elected by present members. That general body is as per below.

1. Begale coordinator will share due payment member list on 15th day of month to Discipline committee leader.

2. Discipline committee leader will distribute Members among team member.

3. Team Member have to contact respective person to know reason of missing monthly share due date(in polite manner).

4. Team Member will update back to Discipline committee leader promised payment date or reason.

5. Discipline committee leader will update back to Begale coordinator.

Housing Society "Maitri Park"

 

We are visited to "Dharmaday ayukta" office for registration of praposed Maitri Park. Now we can only form housing society after purchasing Land. Land should be purchase with the word "Praposed" before Housing society name. Now our count of Maitri Park" reached at 39.

 

Business Activity

 

We successfully delivered commodity(organic)  Rice of variety Indrayani.

 Dinesh Ambatware was present from loan team. No updates.

Total Loans in April month is 2

 

Discipline committee

Mr. Mahesh swami is coordinating team. This team is newly formed. We all have lots of hopes about their future performance.

Pandurang Jagtap, Santosh Thenge and Shivprasad Sarda is looking for dates and arrangement of this event.

Begale Pramotional Activity

 Every member who competed six months should try to join their nearest friend and help them to secure their financial problems and utilize benefits from our society.

 

 

 

Rules for committee members

Rules for committee members

a) Two members will lead that Group.

b) These members should be elected by other committee members.

c) At least four members votes will be considered as majority for any decision.

d) Every member must present 8 (Eight) monthly meetings in every year, else for absence Rs 100/-  will fine for that member.

e) Committee member attended 6 meetings in last year will be qualified for next year.

"Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti" celebration

          On Occasion of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti, we celebrated with distributing sweets. Sweets was brought by sandeep sarpe.

 

 

Web Development Updates

Ravindra changle, Abhijeet shiral and their team is working on it. Development work is in progress. We will take further decision after review of their work  in May month's monthly meeting.

 

Loans disbursement

 

Since we start, total Loan disbursment from Begale to its member  is 1,60,000 till April 2013. So this figure shows we are in right path and it shows  importance of begale existance. Two loan file get successfully closed. Thanks to all members for regular payment.

 

Loan would not get sanction to those who will not regular paying their monthly share in last six months.

 

Business Activity

Housing Scheme: We are going to submit cheque in next month becouse of tax and year end, most members suffers from little financial adjustment. we received cheque from Vijay Patil. Now our total count reached to 34, 5 Members are in progress.

 

Purchasing Commodity: We are involved in purchasing rice and we received orders of 350Kg. Some issues arised like Distribution and storage, but we will find solution for that. Some suggestion are also got through members like Wheat, Jwar, Dry fruits etc. We are in planning for these commodity.

 

Dress Material: Sample piece of trouser material was brought for members, but instantly they get purchased by members. if we receive any queries related to it, we wil execute it again depends on member's response.

Instead of Shegao, member's suggested "Krushnai water park" for small trip. Santhosh Thenge will manage trip.

Begale completed one year, members feels, it helping them. Our strength is our strong contacts. using our contact bring our friend those don't know concept of Begale.

Web Development Updates:

We are in process of getting details from a person who registered our website. Some details we received and some are remained to obtain.
Loans:

 Loans are divided in two parts.
Short Term
Long Term

Short Term:
 Short term loans are those whose tenure is up to 3 months. We removed its processing fees. Monthly interest will be Flat 1.5%.
 Remaining procedure is same as defined before.

Long Term:
Only change in Long term loans is interest become reduced on its principal. Changes will be applicable from April 13 for everyone.
Processing fees will be 2% of its principal or  Rs. 1000/- which will be minimum.

Business Plan:
 
Any business activity under Begale brand or utilization of money from Begale group for member, then interest of all utilized amount with 1% per month + 1/3 of total profit must be submit to group.

Housing Scheme:

We already received 30 members cheque and 3 members are in process. Total count is reached to 33.
Only 7 members are remaining.

Discipline committee:

We are looking for Leadership and coordinator in this team.
Person should be with good personal relationship quality and should understand personal problem of members.

Web Development Updates:

Mr Ravindra will lead the team, he will coordinate with other members and before next meeting he will be at stage of our home page.

Meeting Place:

 Now meeting place will get shifted from Balgandharva Canteen to Sambhaji garden. In sambhaji garden have enough space and no restriction on meeting time.

Appraisal of employee:
 
Employee salary get sanctioned 400/- per month.

Housing Scheme:

New location we visited is Kolgaon, Away 17Km From Pune station. Before Theur and after Manjari. This place comes inside the proposed ring road. So in future Travelling will ease for any location. Place is inbetween Kharadi IT park and Magarpatta. Count of all members is reached 28 only 12 people have opportunity to join housing scheme. Approach to your close friends and tell them about this opportunity.
