Joining Rules

• Member should be working in Private companies/organisation having their own salary account.
• A member should have online banking option as share contribution should be accepted by online banking and cheques only.
• Registration of member will be considered only after submission of joining form with Rs. 500/- and monthly share Rs100/-  only.
• Passbook will be provided to every member after completion of joining formalities.
• It is member's responsibility to get updated passbook through legal authority.
• A member should pay monthly share before 10^th day of every month.
• Every transaction should be online i.e. monthly shares or any other transactions like EMI of loan repayment.
• After share transfer notification must be sent to Begale Society email id ie. begalesociety@gmail.com
• Member will get loan according to rules defined by committee.
• Loan amount will be provided in cheques only. No online transactions.
• Decisions taken in monthly meeting will be the final decision and applicable to all members
• For new member monthly share is Rs 100/- only for the first one year.
• Society updates will be sent to all on the registered email id that appears on the joining form.
• Loan scheme will apply to new member only after completion of six months with regular payment of monthly share but they can participate in the other activities immediately after joining.
• After completion of one year, a member can increase the share amount to Rs 500/- per month or they can continue with Rs 100/- per month share.
• After shifting Rs 500/- per month shares scheme, member cannot revert back to Rs. 100/- per month for that year.

 One Year Complete:
We completed one year in as a Begale group. Congratulation to every member for their dedication, support, timely payment and vision. We have lots of hope from future.

 
Yearly Trip (Shegaon)
With purpose of family members get together we have decided to arrange low budget trip. Location decided is Shegaon (Anand sagar). Dates and schedule is in discussion now. Lets send any ideas related to trip on begale@gmail.com.

Rules for every committee members
a) Two members will lead that Group.

b) These members should be elected by other committee members.

c) At least four members votes will be considered as majority for any decision.

d) Every member must present 8 (Eight) monthly meetings in every year, else for absence Rs 100/-  will fine for that member.

e) Committee member attended 6 meetings in last year will be qualified for next year.

Housing Scheme

1) This plan is for 40 members only.

2) Confirmation of every member will be with a cheque of Rs 50,000/- in favour of Begale Society Purush Mahila Bachat Gat.

3) Issuing of membership is on "First Come First Serve" basis only. Last date of registration along with the cheque will be 12th of April, 2013. Only condition is that he/she should be a member of begale.

4) Location is finalized as Gujarwadi, 2-3  Km from Katraj chowk,  9-10 Km From Swarget.

5) After first 20 Members, we will start searching a land for scheme.

6) Estimated apartment area will be around 1,000 sq feet. (+/-  10 t0 15 %)

7) Estimated cost for development will be around 15, 000 Lack (+/- 10 to 15 %) per head.

8) Once land gets finalized, every one should pay his share (40th  part of total cost of land) before deciding date at that time. (we will try to approach bank as a group for those interested in loan for purchasing land. )

BEGALE SOCIETY PURUSH MAHILA BACHAT GAT

                                   

                                                                                                                       

Short term: Upto three months.

Long term: Upto 12 months.

 

• Eligibility for loan will be available only after six months of registration of Begale membership [Begale Management team may allow or has the right to sanction loan amount till 10,000/- for any new joinee depending on the nature of requirement].

 

• Only members who have regularly paid the monthly fees since last 6 months will be eligible to avail this loan facility.

 

• Loan amount that can be availed will be minimum Rs. 5000/- to maximum Rs. 50,000/-.

 

• Defaulting members can get the loan only after a period of three months after he/she has paid their dues concerned to the monthly fees or loan.

 

• Two members who are regular in their payments will be required as guarantors

 

• Interest Rate will be (Flat) 12% per annum.

 

• Long term loan Processing Fees will be 2% of total sanctioned loan amount or Rs. 1000/- which will be less.

 

• Tenure to close the loan will not exceed 12 months in case of long term loans.

 

·         EMI Date of loan repayment to Begale would be before 10th of each month.

 

·         Due date for the monthly share or loan installment would be 10th of each month.

 

·         Fine for late payment of any share or loan installment will be 10 % of its total amount which will be recovered in the same month.

 

·         Converting Short term loan to Long term loan :    Whatever principle amount would be received in the long term tenure will be subtracted from the remaining principle amount.  Interest rate will change from 1.5% to 1% monthly.  Processing fees 2% will be there for the remaining principle amount.

 

·         Converting Long term loan to Short term loan: No such facility.

 

·         Processing fees for short term loan : Processing fees will be zero for the short term loan.

 

·         Charges for Preclosure of loan : Preclosing loan charges will be 2% on the remaining principle amount. Current month loan EMI will be applicable.

 

• Hospitalization loan –

We have reduced interest rate from 12% to 11 % for hospitalization purpose only. Hospital authority letter will be required for same.

 

Loan for medical purpose : Sharing medical reason is mandatory. Need to submit medical\hospital bills if any. After verification, loan will be sanctioned.

 

I hereby agree to all the above defined rules. I will accept all rules as a member of Begale Society Purush Mahila Bachat Gat.

Final decision by Management of Begale Society Purush Mahila Bachat Gat would be applicable in all circumstances.

Housing Scheme "Maitri Park"

Following are the Rules/Guidelines discussed and approved for "Maitri Park" members-

Point 1 :- Every member will issue an cheque of RS 50,000/- in favour of Begale society.
This is security deposit to work towards, and in favour of an deal.
This deposit will be returned, once we finalize the deal and we make first installment payment to builder/Landowner.

Those who have already given Rs 5000/- cheque, please note that, these cheques will be deposited by the end of august.

Point 2 :- Rs 5000 will not be refunded and will be in member name till he is a member.
It can only have the transfer rights to other member name, on transferring the said property share.

Point 3 :- For regular expenditure, for the process of this deal, we require an amount .
Till date 2nd Aug, the expenditure is 7500/- and will increase in future ( expected 10,000).
We need to share this amount as well.

Point 4 :- We have classified the deposit amount who has enroll for “Maitri Park”
For First 24 members-  Rs- 50,000/- as deposit and this full amount will be refundable.
From 25th member onwards - Rs -1,00,000/- deposit and only 50,000 will be refundable. Remaining 50,000/- will be in Maitri Park expenses account.

Point 5 :- Any decision related to location, builder,lawyer, building, amount  etc..  will be presented and  by having a poll, the decision will be finalise.

The final decision will be intimated and will be applicable when - 70% majority voting among present members will be done
